Nexme is a network of agent partners who operate independently. Real
estate agents who sign up to the Nexme platform are licensed through
their current real estate firms. Nexme does not hire real estate
agents. Our agent partner network consists of the best agents from
Century 21, BHHS, RE/MAX, John L Scott, Keller Williams Realty,
Windermere, Coldwell Banker, eXp Realty, Sotheby’s, Skyline Properties
and many others.

No, you do not. Nexme is a network of agent partners who operate independently. You continue to hang your license and transact through your current firm.
We do not transact any deals with homebuyers and sellers. Once the Nexme agent partner connects with the homebuyer and seller, the Nexme agent partner provides full service and handles the entire transaction, from beginning to end.

No. Per the terms and conditions you commit to when you sign up with Nexme, you cannot take more than 1.5% commission fee. We ask all our home-buyers and sellers to notify us of any misbehavior.
No, you do not. Per our Nexme agent partner agreement, you are committed to splitting the commission with the homebuyer. You also commit to take only 1.5% commission fee from a home seller. Your commitment is to deliver five-star service.
Once you accept the request, please communicate with the homebuyer, and if agreed upon, meet at the property. That homebuyer is a lead and as such, you should be courteous and professional.
